• Maximum stake per single bet is determined by sport and market.
• In Live Betting, bets may be voided due to internet latency.
• Bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error will be deemed void.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the stake will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over results, ccd44's decision shall be final.

Ccd44 reserves the right to cap any bet at a maximum payout limit. If an unusually high volume of bets is placed on a single event, odds may be revised and new bets may be temporarily suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ccd44 and will result in permanent account termination:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using money laundering or illegal funds.
• Attempting to exploit bonus arbitrage or manipulate the system.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Conducting any form of cyber attack against the ccd44 platform.

If prohibited activity is detected, ccd44 may suspend or terminate the account without notice and forfeit all balances and winnings. In serious cases, the matter will be reported to law enforcement.
